Volunteer

El Museo was founded by volunteers in 1994 and continues to be sustained 25 years later by volunteer work. The time given by our board members, event organizers, students, and community members to maintain the 31,000+ square foot warehouse space, coordinate gatherings, performances and exhibits, obtain grants and establish partnerships nationally and internationally keeps our doors open.
