New Mexico Railroad History Celebration

Family weekend event held in Santa Fe, NM’s historic railyard. The 2nd Annual Event Weekend is Aug. 30 – Sept. 2, 2019 – Featuring the Opening Night Celebration and associated Railroad Art, Photography, and Model Railroad Exhibition.
The event celebrates history, culture, and educational fun – family enjoyment and awareness of this unique vast treasure of railroad history all around the state to inspire future railroad professionals, historians, and hobbyists.
The event is free to the public.

Railroad-related booths and exhibits, history art and photography, model railroad layouts, rail history walk, railroad equipment on the tracks, children’s operating layout, speakers (theme: “Railroad History and Restorations”)
Sunday, 10am-4pm
