El Museo is pleased to present a retrospective exhibit of the works of Santa Fe artist, Gilberto Guzman, recently named a Living Treasure in Santa Fe.  The exhibit includes large scale paintings from several periods in the artist’s career, including dramatic ethnic and cultural themes.

Works by Mr. Guzman are part of the permanent collection of the State of New Mexico.  His large scale public mural may be seen on the side of the future Museum of Contemporary Art, at the corner of Guadalupe and Montezuma.

The exhibit is open daily, Tuesday through Saturday, during El Museo’s regular hours from 1:00 through 5:00 pm. The exhibit will be open through May 28, 2018.  A public reception honoring the artist is planned for April 29, 2018. The reception will be from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
