Frederico M. Vigil, is a New Mexico Artist born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Frederico, Specializes In The Ancient And Nobel Art Of Buon Fresco. His works include small Fresco Paintings; Cartones from the Fresco Process; Acrylic Landscapes on canvas and Dichos, Mixed Media On Amate Paper. His Frescos have been Created Locally, Nationally and International. He is known for Creating the Largest Concave Fresco in North America, Located in the Torreon At The National Hispanic Cultural Center.
At Present he is Working On a 2500 Sq. Ft., Stair well Fresco, With the Theme On The History Of New Mexico Wine And Viniculture. This project is part of the Albuquerque’s Public Art Urban Enhancement Division, and is Located At the Albuquerque Convention Center SkyBridge Stairwell.
